How often can I change my profile photo?

For safety reasons, Uber can only update your profile photo if your appearance has changed compared to the existing image. If your request is approved, Uber will remove your old profile photo. Once it's removed, you can upload a new profile photo in the Driver app. You need to provide a new photo and details (if possible). This will help speed up the review of your request.
How do other drivers on the road know that I am a rideshare driver?

Some regulations require you to display a sign or sticker that helps riders identify you as a rideshare driver. To assist with this, the company provides a removable Uber sticker, which should be displayed on your vehicle whenever you are online (if required). If the sticker is not properly displayed or visible when you are driving with the Driver app (day or night), you may be penalized by local authorities.
What are the requirements to drive for Comfort?

To be a Comfort driver, you must have a minimum rating of 4.85 stars and complete at least 100 trips. Other additional requirements include maintaining eligibility for a different Uber option, such as UberX, Select, UberXL, Uber Black, or Uber Black SUV, and driving a vehicle with more legroom than smaller, compact cars eligible for UberX that meet the minimum vehicle year requirement.

Customers always have the option to leave tips in the app. Tips are 100% owned by the driver and are paid directly to them. You can go to the Driver app to view your tips.
How do you update bank information in Uber?

You can update your bank information in the Driver app. Go to the Wallet from the main menu. Select Payment Methods and then Bank Account. Choose Edit. You will need to verify your identity before entering the new banking details. Review your current bank account information. Enter the updated bank account details and select Submit. You can also update your banking details at wallet.uber.com.
