Yes, the driver should call 911 for assistance. To do this, the driver needs to swipe to call 911 in the app. With the Safety Toolkit connected, the app will show the live location and trip details, so the driver can share them with the 911 dispatcher.
Does Uber have access to all recorded audio files?

Uber can only access it if the user files an incident report with Uber and attaches the audio file. Otherwise, Uber cannot access any content.
How do I decline an order?

To decline a trip request, press the "x" icon in the upper left corner of the screen. The order will be sent to another driver. This can be useful if you receive an order when you are about to go offline and end your work shift.
Can a client make changes to the route, such as adding stops to the destination?

Clients can add up to 2 additional destinations on the way. This can be done through the app. These additional destinations are marked on your trip route as black squares, and the final destination is marked as a red square. When you arrive at one of the additional destinations, a slider appears at the bottom of the screen for you to press "CONFIRM STOP." Press "End Trip" only when a client has exited your vehicle at the final destination. If a client adds a destination during the trip, the additional waiting time and distance will be factored into the fare.
