If you feel uncomfortable, you can record the trip's audio in the app. Simply tap the blue shield to open your Safety Toolkit and access the Record Audio option.
How long do I have to accept an order in the app?

When actively searching for orders, a blue horizontal bar pulses at the bottom of the app screen. A notification about a new order will appear at the bottom of the screen, with a flashing blue button. You need to press it within 15 seconds to accept the order.
What do the different colors on the map mean?

On the app’s map, certain areas of the city are marked in yellow, orange, and red. These indicate increased current demand for rides. Use this information to head to areas where demand is highest. Customers agree to surge pricing when ordering rides in such areas, and you earn more.
