Can drivers rate passengers during trips?

After each trip, the driver has the opportunity to rate their passenger from 1 to 5 stars and add their comments in the section of the app. In case of an incident, the 24/7 response team will review it and provide feedback.
Is consent required for audio recording?

Most US states do not require consent for recording, but some states have additional requirements, including California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington. So, before trips, it's advisable to familiarize yourself with state laws to avoid violations.
How long do I have to accept an order in the app?

When actively searching for orders, a blue horizontal bar pulses at the bottom of the app screen. A notification about a new order will appear at the bottom of the screen, with a flashing blue button. You need to press it within 15 seconds to accept the order.
Is there an auto-accept feature for orders?

Yes, by enabling the "Auto-Accept" feature in the app's "Driving Preferences" section. You can turn this feature on and off as you wish. However, keep in mind that if you are too far from the pickup location and do not respond to the notification within 60 seconds, this feature will automatically send the order to another driver.
