How to deliver orders with Uber Eats?
+
Delivery works in two main stages. The first stage is picking up the order, and the second is delivering it to the required address.
What to do if the customer cancels the order?
+
There are times when a customer cancels an order. If the order is canceled after you pick it up from the restaurant, you will receive the full fare, including the estimated pickup fee, delivery fee, and distance fee. When an order is canceled, it disappears from your app and returns you to the main screen. In such cases, you decide what to do with the order.
What should an Uber Eats driver have on two-wheeled transport for safety reasons?
+
Safety experts and couriers recommend having a helmet, insulated delivery bag, reflectors or lights, phone mount, plastic bags, and flashlight. You can purchase delivery equipment in the Uber Eats online store.
Does the Uber Eats platform care about courier safety?
+
For worker safety, Uber Eats has created the Follow My Ride feature, which allows friends and family to know where you are and when you will arrive.
How are rates calculated?
+
Rates are calculated based on the time and distance of the trip, the number of trips, and other factors such as local requirements, regions, or unpopular delivery hours.
What should I do if I don't see the toll in my fare breakdown?
+
If you don't see the toll fee in your fare breakdown after completing the delivery, submit a request to review the toll fee. Go to Help, select Trip Issues and Adjustments, then Issues with my fare, and select My toll or parking fee wasn't included in my fare.
Why do I need referrals?
+
You can earn more money through referrals. Invite friends to deliver using the Uber Eats app, and if they complete a certain number of deliveries and meet the requirements, you will receive a reward.
