When the driver arrives at the address, the customer receives a notification. The driver should check the app to see which delivery option was chosen and follow the instructions to complete the delivery.
What to do if the customer cancels the order?

There are times when a customer cancels an order. If the order is canceled after you pick it up from the restaurant, you will receive the full fare, including the estimated pickup fee, delivery fee, and distance fee. When an order is canceled, it disappears from your app and returns you to the main screen. In such cases, you decide what to do with the order.
What does an A-B-C safety check before riding a bike include?

The A-B-C safety check takes thirty seconds but covers the most essential parts of the vehicle. To perform it, pinch the tires to check the air pressure. Squeeze the front and rear brakes. Spin the pedals to confirm the chain is moving smoothly. If you notice any issue, fix it before riding.
What safety features are in the app?

All Uber trips are tracked from start to finish with GPS tracking, and records are kept. If you need to contact your customer through the app, Uber uses phone anonymization technology. Follow My Ride allows your loved ones and friends to see your location. You can also use the emergency assistance button in the app to call authorities for help if you need it.
How are rates calculated?

Rates are calculated based on the time and distance of the trip, the number of trips, and other factors such as local requirements, regions, or unpopular delivery hours.
How does Uber Eats Pro work?

Your goal is to earn points, so deliver with Uber Eats. Some deliveries may earn you more points. Besides earning points, you can unlock more rewards by maintaining a restaurant and customer satisfaction rating of at least 95%. The higher your status, the more rewards you unlock.
How do I know if my friend has met all the conditions?

After your friend completes the specified number of trips and meets the referral offer requirements, you will see the reward added to your account. It will appear in your next week's statement.
