What delivery options are available?

There are three delivery options. The driver can leave the order at the door, the customer can meet the driver outside, or the customer can pick up the order at the door. When the driver arrives at the address, the customer receives a notification. The driver should check the app to see which delivery option was chosen and follow the instructions to complete the delivery.
Can I choose my navigation app?

Yes. You can choose the navigation app you prefer to use. To set your preferred navigation app, tap the menu icon, then tap Account, App Settings, and Navigation.
How to ensure the safe delivery of orders?

Place orders in a basket, under-seat bag, or backpack that is properly secured to your bike or yourself and does not affect your balance. Never carry orders in your hands or on the handlebars.
What are Uber’s community guidelines regarding safety?

Uber’s community guidelines do not allow sharing your account or personal information used in connection with your account, such as your username and password, with another person. Everyone on the Uber platform must treat others with respect, support each other's safety, and follow the law. To keep roads safe, drivers must adhere to safe driving behavior.
What does the time element include when setting the rate?

The time element includes the total amount of time from accepting the delivery request to completing the delivery at the destination and the waiting time at the merchant.
How does Uber Eats Pro work?

Your goal is to earn points, so deliver with Uber Eats. Some deliveries may earn you more points. Besides earning points, you can unlock more rewards by maintaining a restaurant and customer satisfaction rating of at least 95%. The higher your status, the more rewards you unlock.
How do I invite friends to Uber Eats?

First, go to your Driver app and tap the menu icon. Then tap Earnings, Invite and Earn, and Learn more. Tap Select from contacts, then choose a contact and tap Send invites.
