What delivery options are available?

There are three delivery options. The driver can leave the order at the door, the customer can meet the driver outside, or the customer can pick up the order at the door. When the driver arrives at the address, the customer receives a notification. The driver should check the app to see which delivery option was chosen and follow the instructions to complete the delivery.

Yes. You can choose the navigation app you prefer to use. To set your preferred navigation app, tap the menu icon, then tap Account, App Settings, and Navigation.
What should an Uber Eats driver have on two-wheeled transport for safety reasons?

Safety experts and couriers recommend having a helmet, insulated delivery bag, reflectors or lights, phone mount, plastic bags, and flashlight. You can purchase delivery equipment in the Uber Eats online store.

Uber’s community guidelines do not allow sharing your account or personal information used in connection with your account, such as your username and password, with another person. Everyone on the Uber platform must treat others with respect, support each other's safety, and follow the law. To keep roads safe, drivers must adhere to safe driving behavior.
What do the different colored lines mean during back-to-back delivery?

The lines are a simple way to guide you. When you accept the request, the dark blue line shows your current route. The light blue line shows your next pickup.
Who pays the toll fees?

During deliveries, any toll that drivers pay while delivering will be refunded to them. If you are the driver of Uber Eats, the app registers when you have gone through a toll, and your toll fee will be automatically added to your fare.
Why do I need referrals?

You can earn more money through referrals. Invite friends to deliver using the Uber Eats app, and if they complete a certain number of deliveries and meet the requirements, you will receive a reward.
