What delivery options are available?

There are three delivery options. The driver can leave the order at the door, the customer can meet the driver outside, or the customer can pick up the order at the door. When the driver arrives at the address, the customer receives a notification. The driver should check the app to see which delivery option was chosen and follow the instructions to complete the delivery.
Can I choose my navigation app?

Yes. You can choose the navigation app you prefer to use. To set your preferred navigation app, tap the menu icon, then tap Account, App Settings, and Navigation.
Which helmet should I choose for working as a courier?

All helmets sold in the U.S. must meet the safety standards of the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). They must have a label inside with the month and year of manufacture, serial number, and confirmation that they comply with U.S. CPSC Safety Standard for Bicycle Helmets for Persons Age 5 and Older.
What are Uber’s community guidelines regarding safety?

Uber’s community guidelines do not allow sharing your account or personal information used in connection with your account, such as your username and password, with another person. Everyone on the Uber platform must treat others with respect, support each other's safety, and follow the law. To keep roads safe, drivers must adhere to safe driving behavior.
How are rates calculated?

Rates are calculated based on the time and distance of the trip, the number of trips, and other factors such as local requirements, regions, or unpopular delivery hours.
How does Uber Eats Pro work?

Your goal is to earn points, so deliver with Uber Eats. Some deliveries may earn you more points. Besides earning points, you can unlock more rewards by maintaining a restaurant and customer satisfaction rating of at least 95%. The higher your status, the more rewards you unlock.
How do I know if my friend has met all the conditions?

After your friend completes the specified number of trips and meets the referral offer requirements, you will see the reward added to your account. It will appear in your next week's statement.
