After accepting a delivery request, the driver receives the order number, order details, and the customer's name. Directions to the pickup location are displayed along with any specific pickup instructions. The order receipt should always match the details shown in the driver app.

UberEats differentiates between two types of orders: back-to-back and batched orders. Back-to-back orders are when you accept future requests while completing a current order. Batched orders are when you accept multiple delivery orders from the same restaurant or vendor.

Place orders in a basket, under-seat bag, or backpack that is properly secured to your bike or yourself and does not affect your balance. Never carry orders in your hands or on the handlebars.

Follow My Ride allows your loved ones and friends to see your location. You can also use the emergency assistance button in the app to call authorities for help if you need it.

You earn 1 point for every completed delivery, 3 points during lunch hours from 11 am to 2 pm, and 6 points during dinner hours from 5 pm to 9 pm.

If you don't see the toll fee in your fare breakdown after completing the delivery, submit a request to review the toll fee. Go to Help, select Trip Issues and Adjustments, then Issues with my fare, and select My toll or parking fee wasn't included in my fare.
