What delivery options are available?

There are three delivery options. The driver can leave the order at the door, the customer can meet the driver outside, or the customer can pick up the order at the door. When the driver arrives at the address, the customer receives a notification. The driver should check the app to see which delivery option was chosen and follow the instructions to complete the delivery.
What to do if the customer is not reachable to pick up the order?

If you cannot reach your customer, either by SMS or call, a timer will start in the app. When the timer ends, the app will provide instructions on what to do with the order.
What should an Uber Eats driver have on two-wheeled transport for safety reasons?

Safety experts and couriers recommend having a helmet, insulated delivery bag, reflectors or lights, phone mount, plastic bags, and flashlight. You can purchase delivery equipment in the Uber Eats online store.
What safety features are in the app?

All Uber trips are tracked from start to finish with GPS tracking, and records are kept. If you need to contact your customer through the app, Uber uses phone anonymization technology. Follow My Ride allows your loved ones and friends to see your location. You can also use the emergency assistance button in the app to call authorities for help if you need it.
How are rates calculated?

Rates are calculated based on the time and distance of the trip, the number of trips, and other factors such as local requirements, regions, or unpopular delivery hours.
Who pays the toll fees?

During deliveries, any toll that drivers pay while delivering will be refunded to them. If you are the driver of Uber Eats, the app registers when you have gone through a toll, and your toll fee will be automatically added to your fare.
How do I know if my friend has met all the conditions?

After your friend completes the specified number of trips and meets the referral offer requirements, you will see the reward added to your account. It will appear in your next week's statement.
