The verification process generally takes up to 48 hours. However, due to various factors, in some cities, the waiting time for results may extend to several weeks.
How are weekly payments processed?

When working with Uber, two payment methods are available: cash and card. If your trip is paid in cash, you keep the money. If it’s paid by card, the money is transferred to your bank account.
Can drivers rate passengers during trips?

After each trip, the driver has the opportunity to rate their passenger from 1 to 5 stars and add their comments in the section of the app. In case of an incident, the 24/7 response team will review it and provide feedback.

How do I decline an order?

To decline a trip request, press the "x" icon in the upper left corner of the screen. The order will be sent to another driver. This can be useful if you receive an order when you are about to go offline and end your work shift.
What should I do if the promotion payments still need to be made?

Suppose the promotion period and payment period have ended. In that case, you have met all the conditions, but the additional payments are missing or the amount is not what you expected, please report this to Uber by filling out the form below.
