Partner drivers and users can rate each other (from 1 to 5 stars) at the end of each trip. Ratings are given anonymously, so neither partner drivers nor users can know the rating they received for a specific journey or from a particular person. Trips with low ratings are recorded, and users may lose access to the app to help protect the Uber community.
What kind of photo is suitable for being an Uber driver?

A good profile photo must be clear and visible so the customer can identify you as the driver or courier. Your photo should have the following elements:
no hats or sunglasses (eyeglasses and religious garments are accepted);
full face and top of shoulders;
good lighting;
not blurry;
only one person in the picture;
the face is centered in the frame.
To minimize safety risks, the profile photo can only be uploaded once.
How can drivers and couriers track their earnings?

What should you do if a passenger makes a mess in the car?

If a passenger leaves a mess and you cannot continue driving because your vehicle requires professional cleaning, report it to Uber. Uber will review the incident and, in some cases, charge the passenger and reimburse you for the cleaning cost. To help assess the cleaning fee claim, you will need to provide two different and clear photos of the mess, a detailed receipt for professional cleaning services obtained within one business day of the trip, and submit the claim within three days of the trip.
